Teach SMAQ concepts

Why do you want to teach SMAQ?

Just like any junior data analyst joining your company, SMAQ needs your help to better understand your business in order to do the job well. There could be unique definitions, acronyms, business terms and glossaries inn your company that external people may not understand. Therefore, we have SMAQ library, where you can create the knowledge base for SMAQ.

Step 1: Click on the option

Step 2: Click Concept

Step 3: Add a new concept

Step 4: Describe the concept you want to teach SMAQ

Here we have 3 fields to fill:

• Concept Name: Name of the concept for your reference

• Description: Description of the concept which will become the knowledge of SMAQ when it understand your questions

• Category: A tag for managing more concepts in the future

For example, if we want to make sure SMAQ knows that Young Customer refers to those aged between 20 - 30, we can do the followings:

• Concept Name: Young customer

• Description: Age 20 - 30

• Category: Customer

Then click “Add”.

Congratulations! You have just taught SMAQ something!

In the future, there will be more automatic ways to teach SMAQ such as uploading your business glossaries or integrating to your knowledge base. Stay tuned!
